He is the Program Director of Cato Courses at the Cato Institute, where he leads the development of next-generation learning experiences that equip students and emerging leaders with rigorous ideas, practical skills, and AI-powered tools to understand and shape public policy.

He has trained more than 24,000 leaders worldwide and continues to focus on how digital storytelling and AI move people to action. His work has been featured on Fox News, Fox Business, and other national outlets. He was raised in Montana, the “Treasure State.”
